Your delivery day, step by step
One driver brings both machines, sets them up and shows you how they work. Here is what happens and what you do after they leave. The full setup guide covers each machine in detail.
Both machines arrive together
One driver brings both to your lodging in your delivery window: the in-home concentrator on its wheels, the portable in its carry bag with the extra battery and both chargers.
The in-home goes where you sleep
It sits near an outlet, a foot or so from walls and curtains. Your driver plugs it in, powers it on, sets the flow to start you off and shows you the cannula.
The portable comes charged
Your driver checks the battery, shows you the power and flow buttons and how to swap the battery. The wall charger and the car charger stay in the bag.
Nights on the in-home, days on the portable
Sleep on the in-home machine. Take the portable to the slopes, to dinner and in the car. Both can run at the same time, so two people can be on oxygen at once.
One pickup
On your checkout day, switch both off and leave them where the driver can collect them. Nothing to pack, clean or return.
Using them during your stay
Sleep with the in-home on
Nights are when thin air is hardest on most visitors. Leave the in-home machine running while you sleep.
Charge the portable overnight
Plug the portable into its wall charger while you sleep so it starts the day full, and use the car charger on the drive.
Share them
The in-home machine serves two people at once with the splitter. The portable is for one person at a time.
Swap, don’t skip
When you come in for the evening, switch to the in-home machine and let the portable’s battery rest.
Bundle pricing for 1 to 14 nights
Both machines together, 20% off each. The longer you stay, the less each night costs. Summit County rates are shown; pick your town at checkout for the exact price.
